My first business was my own cookie company called Katie's Cookie. I was in the 4th grade & I made different Mrs. Field's cookie recipes & sold them to other students. My principal shut me down for health reasons. Dreams were crushed at a young age but no worries, I got a plan.

I want to open a bakery in Noe Valley called Noe's Noshes. It would be my different culinary confections including both sweet & savory. Conceptually there would be a rotisserie side that would offer baked chicken, baked polenta & pasta, etc along with some fresh salads & the other side would be baked items like fresh bread, cookies, cakes, etc etc. My one concern is what happens when you verbally SAY "noe's noshes"...sounds like nausea...
