Inability to spot a compulsive liar
Because I have bad social anxiety disorder which leads me to tell really REALLY big lies in order to not go to that party/festival/scheduled fun event. My lies have become so intricate and so well thought out that I almost wish I could tell people I've made them up.

"Look what I can come up with!"

It's sick and wrong, and I need to do something about it :(
