Are there any valid explanations for procrastination?

It’s very far out there.
They raised the gate price
The view from the dump is the best in the county,
    but ozone is blocking the view.
I need one more cubic foot to make it a bargain.
I can’t find the tarp to cover it.
My wife “told” me to do it.
I’m waiting for my Muse.
Didn’t want to do it in the first place.
