It's the thing that rhytmic gymnasts use except mine was for a 5 year old and it was the coolest. I really wish I still had it because it was so much fun and it just looked PRETTY swirling through the air and making these neat squiggles. I would definitely be playing with it right now if I had it except my cats might eat it.
