      It does not have to be a serious long hike, a leisurly stroll through the forest or a walk on the beach will do it. Just being outside and exercising will do it

      drawing, sculpture, photography anything creative.


      baking
      I find tons of stress relief in baking, pies, cookies, and cakes. Those who live with me benefit from obcession
