    • Oatmeal.
      It's sturdy.
      Plus, it's a nice base for other things. Hard grated cheese. Apples sauteed in butter.
      Slice off cold leftover oatmeal and use it like polenta. Granted, it's not so sunny, but it works quite nicely, thank you.
