- Everyone’s always asking me if I’ve lost my “sense” – would that count . . .
-
Touch – I could never do without . . . I thrive on it, I inhale it
Smell – Smells always bring back memories of people and places, I need it for storage of times
Taste – I love the exotic too much
Sight – There’s too much to see that I wouldn’t want to miss
Hearing – Now that I could do without for a year . . .
then I wouldn’t have to listen to everyone rag on me about this or that and everything
my thoughts would be more my thoughts without everyone else’s opinions darting in and out
I would truly see people for who they are which is much better than listening to their token verbatim
and I’d have some quiet time
besides . . . they say when you lose one sense all your other senses are heightened . . . maybe I’d regain some common sense

Yeh, but then people believed Reganomics.
What's the deal with they sayers?

Been a good season for straight lines
Yeah, some of the most sincere forms of showing love are gentle touches. I have a little Aspergers streak, so touches can make me jumpy, but really it is about wanting a level of emotional intimacy or a sympathetic bond first.
A year without yelling or nagging. What a treat! Cheers!
