"Mama Clam and Baby Clam"

I'm very fortunate not to have allergies to seafood or fish and one of my favorite dishes is pork tenderloin & clams. It is a traditional Portuguese dish served throughout the country with some differences between ingredients. For folks who enjoy shellfish, it's yummy.
