I'm pretty sure I could live for a year w/out smelling, as long as I could still taste, which I'm assuming I can since this says I only have to lose one. I would probably be constantly terrified that I stunk, but I'd rather have that than not being able to hear music, or people talking/laughing, to not be able to see clouds, and stars, and everything else, to not be able to taste my food, or feel texture differences. I'm a big fan of texture differences, more so than smells.
