I started out with cassette tapes but quickly moved into vinyl format once I discovered my father's blues, old country, and classic rock record collection. Somewhere in the mix was some time spent listening to the plastic tapes wheel around in Teddy Ruxpin though :D

Vinyl will always be my favorite medium though. The hisses, pops and rattles of the old recordings give the music such a unique atmosphere. I'm all about today's production quality but there is a point where it reaches too far.
