Oscar the Grouch would be the best NEIGHBOR ever. I would not have a Muppet as a roommate because 1) food shopping would be a nightmare, I wouldn't even know where to begin and 2) I have had and incredibly bad run with roommates who are not Hubs.

Neighbors, though, neighbors I can do. And Oscar would be the best because he would generate the best stories and that is what life is all about of course.
