    • Self Rising Flour
      Because I like to bake, but I don't like having to add baking powder & whatever else, so self rising flour takes a few steps out of the recipe.


      Iodized Sea Salt
      Because it's less salty & yet more flavorful than regular salt. Kosher salt is only good for searing, IMO.


      Thin Spaghetti Noodles
      Because Spaghetti is an easy and quick meal to make that I know The Boy will eat. Also, I can use them with garlic, butter & shrimp for a different taste that The Boy will also eat.


      Mandarin Oranges
      Sometimes I want something sweet, but not cake sweet, and Mandarin Oranges do the job. :-)
