"You can't always judge a taqueria by its exterior." HAH! that's what it is. It's surrounded by rabid dogs and homeless people. It's just a stand so there is no running water and thus the people handling the food don't washt their hands or the veggies. But it is delicious! Too bad I turned vegetarian. I miss my taquitos. I used to put that lime candy stuff I think it was called Lucas. It was like salt but a lot more sour. MmmMMMmm. Then there was the whole lead poisoning scandal. Ignorance is bliss. :(
