    • John Barrett.-I had that 22 year relationship-her mother interferred one last time about a nail. really stupid. I also had to move and leave a good deal of personal items behind.

      Everything step by step
I had a girlfriend of 22 years, due to circumstances, we broke up, it's not easy, all the habits, routines, even the little things remind you of that relationship, you put your feet forward one step at a time, don't dewoddle(dewel) on those things. Talk to friends, brothers sisters, parents. believe me, it works. they understand. You have to move on. there are a few routine items that you can keep such as relaxation times that were/are private. work things out.

when you fall, pick youself up, dust yourself off, start over. repeat as often as needed.
my parents taught me that when i was a kid. it's been second nature since.

if your socially inclined, go out.
even bars and other outdoor activities can do wonders to get your mind off things, when quiet time comes up-your much more at peace with your self and at rest of mind.
