• Sinus Rinse ... best cure ever!

    • I always thought the idea of shooting warm salty water up my nostrils and swishing it across my sinuses was ... well, disgusting.

      Then I did it. And like magic, the hideous head-cold I had turned into a not-so-bad head-cold. That stuff works. It doesn't cure the cold, but it makes my sinus shit more bearable while my immune system is fighting the cold virus itself.

    Yeah -- it's a very weird sensation. The key is that you don't shoot it into your lungs. Once you get used to it, it's really not all that unpleasant. It's just ... weird. The important thing is that, just like your steam treatment, it WORKS. Similar process, actually: warm water in the sinus cavities. Your method is just less, umh, invasive. :)
