Speidi (Spencer Pratt & Heidi Montag) are quite possibly the most obnoxious celebutards ever. He is some sort of in-bred clown-like sociopathic buttmunch, and she ... well, she's just a retard.

I particularly liked how Chelsea Handler initially decreed that they will now be known as Herpes Simplex 1 and 2 on the Chelsea Lately show, then later Chelsea decided to impose a total moratorium on reporting about them.
