Mature cheddar cheese from Cheddar
Well that's what we used to keep in the pantry. I can't say I really have a pantry. But we did when I was growing up. We used to buy a huge cloth covered cheese from Cheddar in the summer on the way back from our holiday then we would mature it some more by leaving it in the pantry until Christmas. It was so strong it burned your mouth!
