• I'm bi-platform, but the Mac rocks.
    • I am a realist: the business world pretty-much requires me to use a PC so I maintain an ability to use that platform efficiently. But in my heart, I am all Mac ... iPhone, ancient Mac Cube, somewhat ancient Titatnium PowerBook right now. In the past I had a Quadra 1800/80, and my first-ever Mac was an LC 475. I used an old college roommate's original Mac which had been upgraded to 512. I'm old.

      ;)

To the question at the heart of this prompt: why am I Mac? It's simply better, period. It doesn't crash like PCs often do when I use them; I plug hardware into it and the hardware simply starts up and starts working without any fuss. I have technical ability, sure, but for me the computer is a fancy tool -- it's essentially a next-generation magical pencil. I don't care all that much about the nitty-gritty details of *how* it works; I simply need to know that it will work, keep working, and not get in the way of my creativity. Period!
