When I wake up in the morning, I have serious fog in the noggin. It takes me a very long time to get my wits about me. My legs are not stable, I walk into things, and fall down frequently. So, as you can see, I am not a morning person! I don't mind waking up...I don't feel tired...it's just that it takes my body a while to get going.
The first things I need in the morning are a cigarette and some caffiene. In the summer time, I generally stick with a diet coke, really cold! In the cooler months, I will start my day with coffee or tea.
Without these things in the morning, I have a very hard time. And even with these things, it still takes about an hour before I can be considered human!
