I wish I could choose every single one of them, but since I can't, I'll go with speed skating. I love the Olympics. I LIVE for the Olympics. If you can't find me during that two week period, there's a good chance I'm at home, sitting on my couch or in my bed watching and cheering. A few years back I had an obsession with Apollo Ohno and from that point on, I cannot miss the games. It's the same with the Summer games. There's nothing like seeing the competition, the comradery, the ups, the downs...all of it. For that period of time, it's like the whole world is one big cheering family. Of course, I realize this isn't actually the case, but I like to think so. I'm a sports junkie, and I am fascinated by the prospect of the world's greatest athletes all being in one location at the same time. It baffles me...hopefully one day I can actually go to the games. In fact...I'm adding it to my list of goals right now. :]
