Sometimes it is difficult to choose a favorite for your birthday. It is a tie between two favorites: steak and lobster and prime rib. Prime rib and lobster would be perfect, but it never seems to come that way.
Dessert would either be cheesecake or a white cake with filling, sometimes called a cassatta.
If it comes right down to it, what is eaten passes away very quickly, it is the company that shares that special day with you that counts. Loved ones, family, children and grandchildren. They are what is truly important.
