    • my favourite subject in school
    • In primary school, my favourite subject was English. Because I was lazy (still am! :-P) and am a native English speaker, so I didn't have to think much when it came to the subject. It all came naturally. Which was good - I basically did well for all my English exams.

In secondary school, I discovered the joys of Science, and diverted my attention towards the sciences. In lower secondary, I didn't have a particular branch of science that I favoured - rather, I found science in general fascinating. There was always something new to learn regarding how things function. In upper secondary, I was more inclined towards the biological sciences, and hence Biology was my favourite subject. It didn't matter that biology required lots of memorising - I enjoyed learning about life and living organisms. I love all disciplines of biology, except maybe ecology - I don't care much for the environment even though I'm what you can call a "green" person. I also liked Chemistry, but lost interest in that during my SAM and first year university days when it got a lot harder and became harder to understand. But I still did well, nevertheless.
