Thank you is such a strong thing to say... it is such an important thing to say... I don't understand why people don't use it more often. It doesn't COST anything and it makes people stop (sometimes) and think... hey...someone appreciated something I did...

I thanked someone for holding the door open for me at the mall last night when we were trying to get bear's watch fixed (which didn't happen... pretty sure it is toast).
I thanked Amandya when she spontaneously gave me a hug (this happens SO infrequently)
I thanked the dog for snuggling up with me on the bed when I felt crappy
I thanked Adam for the gentle hug because I hurt so much
I thanked bear for my frozen yogurt from fruitopia and I thanked the guy who was working at fruitopia too for the same yogurt (acasia berry yogurt with raspberries... mmmmm)
I thank people very often...
