Everything changed after 8th grade.
High school has influenced my life in so many ways now.

I grew up at a fast pace. I'm sure everybody experiences high school in different ways, but it's made me wiser, more confident, and more outgoing.
I used to worry about things that don't make sense anymore.

I've also learned a lot about people. I know what they're capable of now. It's made me more aware when meeting new people because I'm trying to figure them out.

Most importantly, I've learned that it's okay to stand out. Before, I was always trying to blend into the crowd and act normal. Now, it's not such a big deal anymore. Especially, the fact that I've learned there isn't a normal. Normal was created by people who don't feel like they belong, so they use this to feel better about themselves.

High school has been a crazy ride. It's sad to think I have one year left but at the same time I'm extremely excited because I can't wait to see what I learn in college
