Roatan

I hate to say it, but I have just had one! We spent time on Roatan Island in Honduras...it has the second largest coral reef in the world, the snorkeling was spectacular, the food was great, the resort was spectacular, the people were warm and inviting, the conversation was lovely, and the sights and smells, well for me the salt air is intoxicating and it doesn't really get better than that for me...spending quite time with my husband, walking on the beach, holding hands, just looking out at that vast ocean and feeling very small in the scheme of things and never wanting to leave...that was it...I can't imagine it getting better than that!
