- SRB2 2.0: The End is a New Beginning
-
If you play Sonic Robo Blast 2, then you may know most of what I'm talking about:
I started to play SRB2 since I found it on Caiman [site]. Summer passed, reformat computer, forgot about it. I only came across it again when I was playing Mario games and I went to Caiman, and saw the Sonic page. Same thing. I first played was version 1.08, and now it's in 1.09.. I didn't even recognize it, but when I played it, everything was familiar. The music made me smile because I knew this game..
So now, I've been in the community for.. not that of a long time. Then 2.0 released.
TWO. POINT. OH.
Even it sounds futuristic. Well, everything was new. It used to be called SRB2 1.1/ME. SRB2ME. Then 2.0. New enemies, new sprites, cute Knuckles, new levels.. But you can't load old files.
I used to play Mystic Realm in the morning, before school. Now it's download gamesave and mess around, because I figured that if I can quickly go through the levels I can get it over with and talk about it. So I tried to do all of it from the GFZ. I came across the new, and hard levels and ragequit.
Sooner, I learned how to complete the level. I didn't ragequit anymore (Well, on DSZ, at times). So 2.0 is a new beginning: a big leap from 1.09.4 and new things come along. And maybe I'll learn to do sprites and make a WAD! But for now, I'll hang out with my good friend Ubuntu.
