Honestly, I'm not sure. I've received some great advice. Perhaps the best advice I ever received I received in a book- On Writing by Stephen King. He explained that there is no vault of ideas, no island of magic concepts. It's a game of combining different real-world situations and objects.

It's this tip that keeps me looking hopefully for story ideas.
