      1) Get dressed in comfortable exercise clothing.

      2) Grab access key card to 24-hour gym & car keys.

      3) Fill water bottle & grab iPod.

      4) Sit on sofa & begin lacing tennis shoes...

      5) ...Zzzzzzzzzzz [because you don't really want to workout]

    That so wouldn't work for me than I would get all excited about the idea of excercising and leave the house. Come home after six in the morning I know I have tried this one. The bad thing would be I will still have so much energy left to burn that I won't feel tired till about six in the evening. I have to keep a strict sleeping schedule so I can make myself sleep.
