Sometimes I find I say thanks without really giving it much thought. It's like an instant gratification button. It's something that happens naturally and automatically. This question reminds me that I have so much to be thankful and grateful for. My friends and family provide so much love and affection for me that it can be so overwhelming and I feel very lucky to have all this support. All the spoken thanks in the world cannot express my true thanks and sincere love for all they have done for me. To answer this question directly, I just ended a phone call with a gentleman regarding some information and thanked him for being so helpful.
