I could relate to folks in this film. For one thing, they are simple and well-mannered. That's what we are missing in today's society - people who lack respect for each other. Differences will always be encountered. And it doesn't take an intelligent person to know the difference between what hurts and what doesn't harm. People seem to forget being friendly and giving a smile once in awhile helps to cheer up those who need some encouragement to lighten up. That's what I like to befriend in real life - sincere people with no ulterior motives or high expectations in life.
