• I like to relax with nap
    • Topic # 123 : What do you do to relax? With all the stress in the world right now, it's important to de-stress-ify every now and again. How do you do it?

      The only way I know how to relax from stress is to stare off into space, look straight into the wall or at nature and then my eyelids close of their own. I let my mind blank out, if possible. Then I take deep breathes or mumble profanity under my breath.

      If I'm not wide awake, I just lie down, close my eyes and drift off to sleep. Then after a couple of hours of nap time, I feel refresh. If I didn't have to work, I'd take my naps during the mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Sometimes, sleeping is all the mind and body needs to heal better.
