        To start, both are terrible to lead with...
        - In an extremely hot environment, you could take of your clothes, right?! Right, but It would not make much difference, you would still sweet like a pig and you would wish what a lot of people don't want rain and wind, and that's a fact most people feel more attracted to hot then cold. Remember it's EXTREMELY Hot, not just Hot...
        - In an extremely cold environment, you would had more chances of feeling comfortable, clothes and blankets, a nicy home and such would help you a lot. With cold you can put and put things to feel accommodated... but with hot you can't take and take things to feel accommodated, you have a limited number off things to take.

        Maybe I get the "extremely" to extreme, but for what I said cold is the answer!!

        CULTURE

        I would Prefer 'Free International Travel for Life', just to think how many things you could see, visit, learn, experience... Incredible. I'm a lot curious about culture, monuments, and such that I would not esitate.

        Whit 'One Free Trip to Space' you could not do much, just see the space closer, it would be fun and interesting, but you have to think in a long term, one trip or pleasure for life, my answer is evident. :D
