      • In response to: "What's the one thing you're never gonna give up?" Diet Pepsi. I know it can eat through a nail in 3 days. I know that aspartame has been linked to alzheimer's disease. But, I can't go a day without those cold fizzy bubbles running down my throat.

        Lettuce Wraps

Easy! I could feast on Chinese food everyday of one year. But, not any of those small mom and pop types or fast food types, like Panda Express. For me, it would have to be PF Chang's. I could start everyday with some lettuce wraps, have soup for lunch and then complete the day with an order of pepper steak or black bean chicken. Of course, after that year, I would probably need to audition for The Biggest Loser reality TV show.

      • The person behind the scenes choosing to do the right thing.
I once had someone tell me that no act can be totally selfless, because even in acting kindly, we wish to receive praise or recognition. I disagree. I believe there are people out there who continually do the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do. I believe in random acts of kindness and serving others and I know many other people do too. It is this characteristic that I admire in a person rather than any specific person.
