Pardon the sudden burst of sentimentality.
It's almost sad that I can clearly remember this as the last place of fun I actually had fun at.
Sad, because I was 16 at the time, making it well over three years since that day.
It was a day that, corny as this may sound, seemed to come right out of my fantasy.
I am a storymaker by heart, I have no trouble coming up with the wildest ideas, stories and wishes. But to be honest, one of the few things I truly want, is to have fun with my friends, no care in the world, laughing, screaming and eating way too much of the crappy foods we brought along.
Perhaps it was the 3 liters of energy drink I had that day (you heard me), along with the coffee, the sugar and the constant adrenaline rush, but that was a day where I felt like I really got to be a kid.
It was the first time that had happened in a long time, and the last time since.
