- In response to: "Even if you aren't a chef, what's your favorite dish to prepare?" It's called Shrimp Versailles. It's cooked shrimp over noodles or rice (I prefer noodles) smothered a creamy, cheesy sauce. Yum!

- The perfect salad
-
Lettuce
The base of every good salad
Tomato
A little bit of color and tang
Cucumbers
Perfect to crunch into
Lots of cheese
The best part of the salad. :)
Dressing
Usually, it's ranch dressing, but when I'm watching what I eat, it's honey mustard or lite Italian.
Sunflower seeds or oriental noodles
Just to make it pretty and crunchy

- The Dark Knight gets more epic with each re-watch.

Oh my God, every time I saw it, I noticed something else. It wasn't just one thing...it was lots of little things that added to the overall epic feel of the movie. I saw it three times in theaters and have watched it twice since I bought it.

- What my ride needs is...

...I totally need an iPod jack in my car. It's a 2005, so it's too old to come equipped with one. I hate it, because I have to use this stupid FM transmitter to play my iPod, and if I'm in a bigger city (or close to a bigger city), it doesn't work right because there are so many radio stations broadcasting.
Also, I'd love a working driver's side window. :-P My power window just randomly died a few months ago and I haven't had the money to get it fixed. No toll roads, parking garages, drive-thrus, etc. for me until it's fixed.
(And no, people don't really talk like that. It sounds really stupid. Just sayin'.)

- That's funny

Being quick-witted is always a plus. I like when a person can snap a comeback out without having to think about it. I lean more toward people who are sarcastic-funny as well.

- The Lord of the Rings is long, but it's worth the read
-
It's absolutely the best fantasy book ever written. It's actually broken into three "stories," as most people know. They're broken into three separate books a lot (The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and Return of the King). What most people don't know, though, is that Tolkien wrote it as one huge book that wasn't meant to be split into parts like that. So...you can read it in three parts, but you don't get the full effect of the awesomeness unless you read it all at once.
