- Summer Feels Like Passion and Pleasure...
-
To describe what it feels like when the seasons change, I first have to consider the season...
To describe the way I feel when a season starts to change I have to first consider the season itself.
When Summer is turning to fall I usually feel some sadness, but at the same time I have renewed hope. Fall feels like change, it represents hope and the cycle of life. It forces you to think about the future and reminisce on the past.
Then Fall fades to winter, I am not a winter person at all and so winters approach always makes me sad and miserable. The cold frigid weather makes me feel empty and alone. Winter reminds us the importance of relationships, it helps us to treasure family and it shows us how precious life is as well.
When Winter turns to Spring it brings new life. It makes me feel joy. For me Spring is clean and fresh. It is a new beginning and a second chance. Spring opens your heart, your eyes and your abilities. It makes you set goals, get out and feel good. It is the feeling of love, lust and friendship. It is happiness and giggles. It is friends and furry animals. It makes me smile.
Lastly, Spring rolls into Summer. Summer feels like a bright smile across a room full of strangers. It is like a refreshing break from a busy day. It is lazy and relaxing. It is laughter and fun. Summer is strength. It is about building relationships and making friends. Summer is lust, longing and romance. It feels sexy and sleek. Summer feels like passion and pleasure, like the sky is the limit and like life will never end. It is pure bliss, endless imagination and undying hope.

- If I Were an Editor
-
I would want to help share stories that encourage women to be open with themselves....
If I could be an editor for any magazine it would have to be Cosmo. I love the risky, open articles. The straight-forward approach to sex and dating. I love the way this magazine talks about the things that others avoid and how it helps to empower women to be proud of themselves.
Sure, there are things I don't love as well, and many that I would probably change, but the bones of the book and the overall message are a big part of my vision and the way I live my life.

- I Gotta Giggle...
-
When I need a good giggle I have a few never-fail sources...
When I need a good laugh I have a few never-fail sources.
I turn to my children first (they are 2yrs and 8yrs) and they never fail to give a good giggle-worthy moment. They can tell good jokes, play along with silly games, or just say outrageous things that only kids can come up with. They are always available for a laugh and they love it just as much as I do.
Another place I head when I am in need of some happiness is failblog. That sight makes me laugh every time I look at it. Silly pictures, stupid signs and just plain-out stupid people never fail to amuse me and can generate at least one chuckle per visit. I actually enjoy this site so much that I downloaded the app on my phone so I can have a little piece of happiness wherever I go.
Lastly I turn to my friends, and my Facebook. Most of my friends are just as nutty as I am, they know my humor and can usually get me giggling in no time. I will call them up or simply check-out their Facebook profile. I am almost guaranteed to get a good laugh from one of them every single time.
If all else fails, I turn up the music, turn on the camera and tape myself being silly and nuts... There is nothing more amusing that watching yourself be a fool, and laughter is of course the best medicine. A remedy I rely on often in order to truly 'feel good'.

- A Difficult Choice I'm Glad I Made
-
One of the most difficult choices I am glad I made changed my entire life and left me stronger than I have ever been before.
One of the most difficult choices I ever made in my life was leaving my sons father. For years I battled to make this choice and when I finally did I felt somehow freed. After years of living in an abusive, dangerous and volatile relationship that was bad for my physical and mental health I made the choice to take back my life and leave.
It was scary, lonely, and unknown but I survived it and it made me stronger. I am thankful everyday that I made this choice, and I wouldn't change it for the world. It was hard, but it was worth the effort.

- Introvert Versus Extrovert... Who I really am...
-
Introvert/extrovert... I'm torn in two...
I feel inclined to say I am more of an extrovert, because for most of my life this was true, but things have changed a great deal over the last few years, and I am not sure that statement rings true today.
Instead, I would have to say that it depends on a number of things... The weather, the day, the situation and my mood. It depends who I am with, what I am wearing, how I am feeling and where we are. I have tendencies of both an introvert and an extrovert now, it just depends which part of me I want to show at that moment.
