My grandparents a a small collection of LPs. Mostly county and bluegrass. We had a few polka and german beer drinking LPs too. LPs were great, but I do not agree that they sounded better. I still love them though. in fact I have a small collection myself and listen to them 2 or 3 times a year.

This actually happened to me and my wife. We found a kitten in our yard. The mother had abandoned him, we think it was because he was the runt. Hs ears were almost fully grown but the rest of him was very very tiny. My wife and I finally got him in to the house after three days of trying. She told me that I could name since I hadn't had any pets growing up. I chose Oliver, like the play, since he was an orphan and we took him in. She hated the name and called me "gay" for knowing so much about a play. But Oliver stuck and he's, the sweetest kitty I have ever seen...

This movie is amazing. It's a classic story of man against beast where it not only takes smarts but brawn to defeat the monster. The filming making is second to none. Spielberg is a true genius, especially considering all the technical issues he had on set and not to mention an incomplete script...

This song is a story of two lives (a boy and a girl) and how that boy becomes a man and love his wife (girl) so much that he would die for her. There is no greater sacrifice for your spouse that your own life. Putting yourself in harms way, not because you want to, but because your love for that person made you react that way. wow...

I probably should have hung out with the TV Geeks

I wouldn't change a thing. TV Production was and still is the best place for me to be. I can be myself both professionally and creatively without having to put on a "professional" work persona and a separate personal persona. TV Geeks are like "cool" thespians. Like those drama kids, we come from all walks of life, share a love of acting, and working with creative people; however TV geeks also enjoy technology and writing scripts. We also love to deviate from those scripts and make them our own, which you can not do in the theater.

Hanging out with my TV friends is and always will be the best time I had in high school and for the rest of my life.

There is nothing like watching the sun rise, while on a boat fishing. There is something peaceful and right with the world early in the morning. The air is crisp and clean, the birds haven't yet started their morning songs of joy, its just you, your fishing buddy and your fishing pole. It may be an uneventful morning or you can, by chance, see meteor showers or falling stars. By mid-morning it starts to get warm, and you can take off your sleeves and feel the sun caress your skin like a blanket on a cold winters day. There is truly nothing like being on the water fishing. Wether fish are jumping in the boat or not it's a refreshing, "airing out" of the soul.

Hook up the...Fiber

Although I believe the above mentioned items are not old fashioned and boring, I will for the sake of an answer say that Fiber Optics should be the next "big thing" piped into the home.

As technology literacy has grown faster than anyone had anticipated, as has our means of communication. No longer are we satisfied talking on the telephone, no, we email, iChat, webcam, AIM, and MySpace, so much so that we are now Twittering with excitement. And while all of this "new aged" communication is happening, we are simultaneously watching and downloading YouTube videos, News reports, or that guy telling me to leave Brittany Spears alone (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXVs5zjZPFw). Society has spoken, our preferred way to let everyone know what is going on with our lives is to post it on YouTube, MySpace, or Twitter. As a result of this constant uploading and downloading for information we need more Bandwidth (speed for you non geeky people). Fiber Optics is the answer.

Fiber is basically information traveling over light, Inside those pretty, bright orange fiber cables is glass with a stream of light carrying millions of particles of information. And as of today researchers have not found a limit of how much information can pass through fiber cable at one time. So for all of us struggling with slow internet, upload and download speeds Fiber is the answer!
