        My crap HP laptop is growing increasingly painful with its many quirks.
        Also my Creative Zen is growing unresponsive and wacky in recent days.

    • In defense of television: my vice.

      • The great thing about TV (and movies) is that it removes you from your surroundings. At first this might seem like a bad thing. But sometimes when you're stressed or tired or upset or all of the above, watching TV is a good thing. It's a break from the reality of your life that causes stress and tires you out and is filled with trauma and tragedy.


        I don't know when started watching TV. I would quit only if there was nothing good on EVER. If they canceled everything that I watched, no re-runs; came out with nothing good to replace it with AND stopped airing good movies.
