Until a mistake is made, we won't know what will not work
Patience most definitely. Self respect & self love (they come hand -in- hand so far as I'm concerned). Also, I wish I would have learned to listen more & talk when the time was right. "A woman holds her tongue, knowing silence will speak for her" -Royksopp
I wish I would have learned the true meaning of love & what it means to be loved, as well as to love someone in return. I wish I would have learned about energy & how anger is a secondary emotion above all negative emotion.
I wish I would have learned to communicate more effectively to my parents & to my siblings; I don't think the stake that has split us so far apart over the years would be so deeply buried as it is today.
I wish I would have learned the technicalities of playing the piano. I have always played by ear, but as I am learning currently, I'm a lazy pianist!

- Greg Andersen you silly guy, you!!!
-
Jen: Well, what do you want? A cookie?
Greg: *laughing* You can't say stuff like that on the phones.
*lol*
When I was 17 I began working for Convergys as a telephone customer service representative, selling AMEX to small businesses (OSBN). The job was nothing special, but my supervisor, Greg Andersen, made sitting in front of my desk & having to call and talk to rude people, far less terrible than it would have been if I didn't have him to talk to & to joke around with on the job.
Greg was a blast! He was a mighty intriguing fella!!! Greg and I had something very fascinating in common; our unconditional love for music, & the fact that both of us played the keyboard.
The dude can rock the ivory!!! He was a producer as well, one of his tracks was a cut up techno mix of lines from Spongebob. The episode where Spongebob tries to teach Squidward how to blow a bubble. One of the lines from the episode says "Now it's time to bring it around town! Pelvic thrust! Pelvic thrust!" ROFL. It still makes me laugh!!!
Anyway, Greg was awesome in so many ways!!! I will never forget him!!!

(20 minutes) I would revisit the morning of the before the day that my son was born.
(20 minutes) I would revisit the morning of the before the day that my son was born. I would have used that visit to the hospital for a check up, rather than to schedule an appointment to be induced (that was my husband's bright idea btw). I wouldn't have called my family asking that they come visit me during labor, and I wouldn't have allowed the nurses to pump my body with the medication that caused my son's heart rate to become so unstable as it did. I would have told the doctors and midwives to suck on the tip of the needle that they insisted on sticking in my back (epidural).
(10 minutes) I would visit my Grandmother's house during her last 20 minutes of her life so that I could tell her that I love her. I would thank her for being so family oriented as she was, for hosting our family holiday meals and parties, for letting me play in the kitchen drawer when I was a young child, for allowing me to play on her double keyboard organ as much as I wanted to. I would ask her to visit me, just once after she passes, if at all possible.
I would donate my last 30 minutes to my husband.

- Talking VS Texing
-
texting doesn't always allow those involved in the conversation to get a real feel or understanding of how each person truly feels.
I prefer to talk, mostly because my cell phone is a piece of shit. *lol* Also, because texting doesn't always allow those involved in the conversation to get a real feel or understanding of how each person truly feels. It is harder to create and pick up on vibes.
