that was when i was about to graduate from college. there is no way to explain the feeling, you were dying to go out of school because four years of mediocre education sucked but at the same time very afraid to go out because you do not know where to go, because you do not feel educated and competent enough for your chosen profession. but you have to graduate because you are the first born and you have the family looking up at you. that is how it goes in a third world country like the philippines. the first born is brought up as an investment.
but this, in no way, means that i blame my parents and their parents. there is nothing i can do about it and the only option is to deal with it. that i realized when i was about to graduate.

it was a pair leather motorcycle gloves from Komine. the model was GK 111, that was a new design back then. leather, i loved the feel! so read my post published in wordpress. although the stitch that keeps the foam padding was ripped, the gloves sustained minimal scratches. the leather is still intact, so are my hands.
next time i buy a pair of gloves, i will definitely go for leather.

- Broken Bones

sure. once when i was trying to balance myself on a log that lied on the ground. it was fun but not when i totally lost my balance and fell. i ended up with a dislocated elbow.
the other one was when i smacked a bully. his nose bled when mi fist hit his face. in frenzy, i punched without pause. in pain he bowed his head then i accidentally punched his head. i ended up in the principal's office with a broken knuckle.

at times like these, silence has become as precious as time. in fact, we do not find these often anymore. so silence brings comfort to me.
