- I'll take a hindu style tatoo – just for a week
-
it would be a Hindu style lowerback tatoo. (yes i know "tramp stamp", but its only for a week, so its not that bad.) actually, i had this one for a week for a bellydance show that i ended up not performing at. I just can't bring myself to permanantly engrave myself with anything. *shrug* it was nice while it lasted, but happy its not there forever.

- My favorite room

03/365 Splishy splashy *Explored*
I was gonna say my massage room, but that's been obliterated. Then I was gonna say the TV room where much Silver Screen education has been administered to many a BFF, but I really spend very little time there other than watching Ceasar Milan or educating/torturing others. And though I love the sanctuary of my room and the comfort my bed provides... I have to give props to the room that so many rush in and out of, but that I can spend hours in. Whether its contemplating the frailty of man, or singing my favorite song (don't you love having an MP3 player on ur phone), talking to God, or talking to friends; the bathroom is the place to be. I mean its like your own little mini spa. No I'm not all girly like that with sented bath oils etc, but something is to be said for the Romans and Chinese. They knew what was up with water. Ok so the Roman bathhouses were for general hygene, and the Chinese bathhouses were for medicinal applications, but hydro therapy rocks. I can stand under the showerhead and feel the warm water envolp me for hours. Granted the pruniness sets in after about 45 minutes, at which time, I say, "alright, alright, I'll start with the actual 'showering' now!"
Yes I do some great thinking in the shower... Of course I sing in the shower (thanks to MP3's on phones, i do it alot more now)... Yes i pray in the shower, why not? God's listening all the time... Yes I answer my phone when i'm in the shower...
Think about it, a rock hard porcelain seat with a huge hole in it isn't that bad. Its rather comfy, really. It even has a backrest for when you're in the middle of a really good book and you don't wanna put it down, or if your having a great phone conversation. that is CONVENIENCE PEOPLE!

- Why I gave up on "Fellowship of the Ring"
-
oh man... I consider myself a reader. yes, I LIKE reading. I do it by CHOICE. but any of the Tolkein books... ugh... that was torture. I think the only way i could finish it is if I HAD to read it for a class or something. Cuz let me tell you that's the only reason I read the Hobbit. boo to this book.

- If I'm surrounded by great friends, I'll sing these songs at a karaoke bar:

Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria
um... seeing as how I can get 100% in Hard on Rockband... I don't think I'd be embarrassing myself. Hmm.. maybe i should try expert...
ok... this song is a lil embarassing cuz it always comes up after some great rock song and its like a really mellow downer. So it kills the atmosphere. hehe.
again... this is another mood killer but not that bad. its just so girly. If i was talented enough I'd do Zombie and have the place rockin, but I take pity on those listening to me sing and do them the favor of not singing that song.

- My ideal Super Bowl halftime show would include Muse or Del Castillo
-
Muse
Imagine a grand piano on stage, leading an intense rock experience, through which you are led through intense emotions and serene liberation. Ya know... maybe they arne't such a good choice, cuz 20 minutes is just not enough.
Del Castillo
their combined talents and crowd mesmerizing abilities would rock whatever dome they happen to be in. Unfortunately, when entertaining a mass of people with varying musical tastes, you want someone that virtually anyone can sing along to. Seeing as how these boys haven't been mainstreamed, and many of their lyrics are in espanol, maybe we should hold off a few years.
