    • A Long-Time Hobby
      • Journal

The hobbies that I have been doing for the longest amount of time is writing. I'm nearly always doing some form of writing since about 3 or 4 years ago, except that I write different things in different media. I used to write comics which stayed only in the classroom, then I started blogging, then I went to novel writing, then I went to Squidoo lensmaking, and now I'm doing both blogging and lensmaking at the same time. (I also consider writing novels again). I also write scripts occasionally, and I have one that's a works-in-progress but I've never bothered to finish.

I used to bike and swim for quite a bit, but I haven't done them continually for quite a long time now.

    • If you had to live in a large city for a year, which would you pick?
      • Bangkok skyline at sunset

Well, right now, I live in Bangkok, and in Southeast Asian standards it's a pretty big city. After all, it has a population of 10 million people, it has tons of buildings, it has the longest official name in the world (wait that doesn't connect), and others.

If I had to choose another big city in Thailand, I would probably choose Chiang Mai (a pretty large city). However, if it's another country, then it would be harder to choose. Beijing or Chongqing in China isn't actually the best choice (after all, you can't use Facebook!). I've never been to the US so New York, San Francisco or Washington D.C isn't really a choice. Japan has more expensive living costs, I've never been to Europe, so...I guess I don't know.

What major city would you want to live in?

    • My All-Time Favorite Authors
      • Books to be returned...

Well, I've got quite a few authors.
At first, when I was in Grades 2-3, my favorite author was Roald Dahl. And he's a pretty good author. I mean, he's really creative. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the BFG, Fantastic Mr Fox, they're all great books.

Strangely, I also like Jeremy Strong, even though his books are probably the most childish of what I've ever seen that is written for the grade level I was at when I liked reading his books.

Now, I worship James Howe and John Marsden. James Howe wrote Bunnicula, while John Marsden wrote Tomorrow, When the War Began and the rest of the Tomorrow Series. They're amazing books. Really. Bunnicula's full of suspense, while the Tomorrow Series is pure excitement.

This post was inspired by Plinky. :)
