    • On finishing books

      • Moby Dick

        I do feel obligated to finish because even reading a terrible book all the way through you still learn and can gain something from it. That does not mean I finish all of the books I start though. I have started Moby Dick several times but can never seem to finish.

    • Fiction versus Nonfiction

      • I mostly read fiction. The closest I ever go to reading nonfiction is Historical Fiction. The funny thing about reading fiction is that it becomes your reality or nonfiction. So why read nonfiction when you can read fiction which becomes your own reality?

      • My favorite illustrator/artist. What does it take to be called an artist?


        I don't know if comic illustrators are counted as "artists" but I love Gary Larson's drawings. They are simple and at times can be mundane but that is what makes the drawings so great. I also love the fact that he can draw something terribly funny with out adding any text. That's a true comedic artist/illustrator.
