        Being that I live in the north my mood tends to be blue since we don't get a lot of sunshine and winter lasts longer here. I would say that impacts my moods quite a lot, thought the day to day weather isn't so big a deal. I do much prefer sunshine to gray days. They make me feel blah or less upbeat than usual. And my joints feel better when it is warm and sunny. I could almost predict weather with how my body feels. For me I can honestly say the weather does affect overall mood, though personal issues and work also do.

        Beaches and parks are the best places for most folks. I know I could not live without a body of water nearby to swim in or admire. Nature preserves are the very best, better than free public parks that tend to be overrun with people constantly messing them up. Of course, ones own back yard is probably the most convenient place to enjoy a day of sunshine and natural surroundings. Hopefully, you have trees, flowers and enough grass to be out in it as long as you like. If not I pity those that have only a small strip of grass to call their own nature. I suppose they could resort to bringing it inside with house plants and flowering indoor fauna.

        There are so many ways to enjoy nature, but the best still has to be a beach free of rocks and other debris. Lots of sand and water to play in. What more could one ask.. ?

    • Household Chores

      • Moldy Shower in London

        The toilets and showers are the ickiest chores and therefore last on my list of chores to do although I try to do them regularly so they don't become impossibly yucky to do! I like doing laundry and dishes and making things in general smell fresh and sparkling to see. Dusting may be an exception, though , since i have allergies, it tends to get left for last thing to do daily or even weekly. Allergies are mostly not dust related so it's ok.
