The strangest thing I've seen was not so strange. Like everyone I have seen drunk people on public transport and in train stations. That's not so unique. One time I saw a lady putting on mascara but this was mascara application of epic proportions. One layer, two, three, four. I started counting how many times she rubbed the mascara wand against her eyelashes. I gave up after about 40 times. That lady wears far too much make up if you ask me.
