Italian. It's good across the board. It's fresh citrus and herbs with lots of seafood and full of Mediterranean flavors. But it's also amazing cheese and red sauce and dark meats. Don't forget crusty breads to mop up thick sauce. There's both red and white wines and prosecco!!!!! Is there anything better? Anything/everything you might want in one country.
