How do you feel about public speaking?

Nothing excites me more than a captive audience. I am a storyteller. I thrive on the challenge of engaging every single individual present, of eliciting even subtle feedback and responding dynamically to capture that attention. No audience is too large, no space too infinite.

I like to believe that do not forget myself, however, and merely ramble on. I am comfortable with pauses, with mistakes. I am not comfortable with "filler" sounds and words. I sometimes surprise even myself with what I say; sometimes I am thinking about something a million miles away as I utter ideas I've already had time to ponder.

Treat all people with kindness. It becomes difficult to make unhealthy decisions when you put the needs of others first, and when you listen to your body rather than the other way around.
