If it is a small item I would go directly to the person and tell them that the camera watching them has the capability to zoom in on your eyeballs so closely they can see your thought process flicker across your expression exactly when you make the choice to steal!! True Story. I believe that opportunity crime is just that, take away the opportunity & you help three causes; them, me, store. For those of you who are young and/or still uniformed...you pay for shoplifting...that's what the big deal is. For every item stole, the lost value is redeemed by raising the cost of all products storewide. Everything we spend money on would be less expensive, were it not for shoplifting. That takes out the equasion "it's none of my business" or "that's on them". That's My Lip-Service & My Aim Is True
