    • The Best Way to Prepare Eggs
      • Eggs

Over easy is the way that I like to eat them, but I really suck at flipping them over without breaking the yolk. So, if I'm doing the cooking I either make them scrambled or try for the over easy and get an over hard :P Boiled eggs are up there on the list too. I really love eggs. They are one of the best foods. You can do so much with an egg!

    • Breakfast for Dinner
      • Totally a fan. What's better then having 2 eggs over easy with home fries? Hmm... Maybe biscuits with sausage gravy... Or steak and eggs... Really, breakfast is pretty much the best kind of foo ever! Who needs lunch and supper? They are over rated! They really are. And they take WAY more effort and cost more money. Yeah, we should just all eat breakfast all of the time.

    • My Sense of Direction
      • Maze

I can't find my way out of a paper bag...
I never know where I'm going! Even places that I have been at several times are difficult for me to find. I'm the worst person to get directions from! Luckily my husband and mother can get places.

    • How Many Books do You Read?
      • Books

lol this prompt amuses me. I have decided that I have let my reading go by the way side for no particular reason over the last few years. I have made a goal this year to read at least one book a month. So far, I'm right on track :)

When I was in college I read constantly just to keep up with my course work. Honestly, I loved it. The things I read for English were the best. There was such variety. I found that there were many authors and books that I would have never picked up, but that were assigned to read and I became very found of. The first of these was "Master and Margarita". I loved the book, but I remember reading the back of it and groaning. There are times that I wish I still had people telling me what to read and when to have it read by.

I'm not sure why, but over the past 2-3 years I have almost completely stopped reading. Which I find odd since I love it so much. I have been using the Good Reads web site for a while now. I joined their reading challenge and hopefully will get back into the habit of reading. :)

    • Last Library Visit?
      • BOOKS ABOUT BOOKS

Ironically, I ca't remember the last time I went to a library. Some time in college. As much as I love to read, you'd think I would get frequent flier miles there. I tend to buy used books in bulk and then read them over time. They tend to last me forever because I'm a slow reader. I also love audio books which are readily available on line. I really love LiriVox, a great audio book web site. You can visit it here: http://librivox.org/
