This is a character whose story has been brewing for two years or more. She rarely comes out to play, but when she does, people tend to end up dead.
Death threats.
Because I might not be the best, but I was definitely up there with the big boys. And ever since I broke free, I'd been slowly making my way up the food chain, leaving corpses in my wake.
And when you're good enough, having someone threaten your life becomes an invitation to kill the guy before he can act on it. It's the polite thing to do.
I mean, why make him go through all the work to try and kill you, when you can just put the poor idiot out of his misery?

- Aren't I both?

How can I be either one? Oh, sure, I'll go ahead and say I'm one of the good guys, but can an assassin like me be a 'good guy?'…

- I can't live without my Knives. in the kitchen

Knives.
Why? Let me think... because I have several hundred people who want me dead, and if I need something fast, it's one of the first things on hand?

"Miss Morgan?" someone asks.
"Yes, Delila?" I ask the receptionist without looking up.
"You have a visitor!" she says, and her excitement tells me that my visitor is male, and doubtlessly gorgeous.
But when I look up, he's not gorgeous. At least, he's not gorgeous in my eyes. I'm more than a bit biased.
"Eagle." I smile icily. So the man who killed my mother decided to come and visit, I think to myself. How sweet of him.
"Jag," he drawls, and his voice is smug.
I want to kill him. Damnit, this man deserves to die! Hundreds, even thousands, of people had died at this man's hand! Why should he live to enjoy his life when he'd killed so many innocent people?
I knew it wouldn't be safe to go after him. Not now, not ever. He was very much my equal.
To hell with it all, I think to myself. He dies tonight.
